Strengthening Generations

Health and Wellness

Our bodies, minds, and souls are a trust from Allah (SWT). Together, we care for them – at every age, in every season of life.

OUR PURPOSE

Wellness as an Act of Worship

The Prophet (SAWW) said: “Your body has a right over you.” At NASIMCO, we take that seriously. Our Health & Wellness portfolio is rooted in the belief that caring for ourselves and one another is not separate from our teen, it is an expression of it. We nurture the mind, body and soul so that our community is vibrant, capable, and ready to serve the mission of the Imam Al-Mahdi (ATFJ).

Community Support

Aligned with NASIMCO’s mission, every member, young and old, deserves to feel well, supported, and seen. We bring together Islamic wisdom and practical health education to build families and masajid that thrive, not just survive. Whether you are a parent navigating a busy household, a young person managing stress, or an elder seeking care and connection, this work is for you.

Become a Wellness Champion

The health of our community is not one person’s responsibility – it’s all of ours. We’re building a grassroots network of Wellness Champions across North America; people who care deeply about their Masajid and want to be a bridge between their community and meaningful health resources. Here’s how you can help:

  • Represent your Center: Be the local point of contact and voice for health and wellness in your community
  • Share your community’s needs: Participate in surveys that shape the programs we build for you
