It is with sadness that we inform you of the demise of Marhum Dr. Syed Tahir Ali-Khan who passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, in Toronto, Canada. Salat al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 2:00 pm followed by burial at Al Hussain Foundation Cemetery (10992 Kennedy Road, Markham, Ontario).
Marhum was the son of Marhum Syed Nazar Ali-Khan.
Marhum was the husband of Sr. Nadira Ali-Khan.
Marhum was the brother of Marhum Syed Nasir Ali-Khan (England), Syed Baqir Ali-Khan (England) and Marhuma Ashraf Begum (India).
Marhum was the father of Marhum Hussain Ali-Khan (New Jersey), Asad Ali-Khan(Houston), Salma Ceizar (Toronto) and Naseem Razvi (Dallas).
Marhum was the father-in-law of Mehdi Abbas Ceizar (Toronto) and Azra Ali-Khan (Houston).
Marhum was the grandfather of Safi and Tara Ali-Khan, Mehdi and Mohammed Reza Ali-Khan, Zehra Ceizar-Kermalli and Kaneez Ceizar-Naqvi, and Zaki, Jaffer, Reza, and Ali Razvi.
Marhum was also the great-grandfather to two little girls.
