It is with sadness that we inform you of the demise of Marhuma Shirinbanu (SS) Habib Jaffer who passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, in Toronto and was buried on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at the Al Hussain Foundation Cemetary.
Marhuma was the wife of Marhum Habib Moledina Jaffer.
Marhuma was the daughter of Marhum Mohamedali Shivji & Marhuma Khatoun Shivji (Dhirani). Adopted by Marhuma Sakina Alarakhia and Marhum Salehmohamed Shivji Allarakhia.
Marhuma was the mother of Fatima (Ali Raza) Sagarwalla, Mahjabeen (Munir) Daya, Shabnees (Mehboob) Siwjee, Mohamed (Razia) Jaffer and Zakira Shyrose (Dr Mohsin) Dhalla.
Marhuma was the grandmother to Shabbar Raza, Noor Zainab, Ahmed Raza, Sultana, Yaseen Ali, Sarfaraz, Zuhayr, Abbass-Ali, Benazir, Shaneh Abbas, Roshan E Fatima, Habib Ali, Zaynab, Hassan, and Shireen Fatema.
Marhuma was the great-grandmother to Jasmine, Khalil, Zahra, Yusra, Ava, Cole, Hilary, Asiyah, Samanah Fatemah and Sumayya.
Marhuma was the sister of Marhum Kassamali Siwjee, Marhuma Amina Manji, Marhuma Khairoonisa Habib Dossa, Marhuma Batool Merali, Marhuma Marziya Bhimji, Marhum Habib Shivji, Marhum Anverali Siwjee, GulamAbbas Shivji (Edmonton) and Zarina Shivji (NYC).
