With sadness, we share the news of the demise of Marhum Mohammed Taki Dhalla, who passed away on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and will be buried there on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
Marhum was the husband of Marhuma Layla Taki Dhalla (Bukoba) and Marhuma Sakina Taki Dhalla (Dar es Salaam).
Marhum was the father of Br. Mohamed Taki Dhalla (New Jersey), Br. Hassan Taki Dhalla (Arusha), Sr. Farhana Dewji (wife of Br. Zulfikar Dewji), Sr. Saira Rashid (wife of Gulamabbas Rashid), Sr. Sajida Somji and Br. Akber Alarakhia of Dar es Salaam. Marhuma Jamila Asaria (Peterborough), Sr. Tahera Remtulla (Congo), Marhuma Batul Dhalla (Bukoba), Sr. Sabera Moledina (London) Sr. Shakila Meghjee (Birmingham), Sr. Marhuma Zehra-Banu Dhalla (Bukoba), Marhuma Rehana Alloo (Mwanza), and Sr. Kaniz Jessa (Peterborough).
Marhum was the grandfather of Shane-Abbas Dhalla, Mazaher Dhalla, and Zahra Dhalla of New Jersey.
