It is with sadness we inform you of the demise of Marhuma Fatima Mahmoud Rattansey who passed away on Friday, November 26th, 2021 in Toronto, Canada and was buried there on Saturday, November 27th, 2021.
Marhuma was the daughter of Jaffer Alarakhia Rahim. Marhuma was the mother of Rahat Thomason and grandmother to Yasmin Thompson. She leaves behind her brother Iqbal Rahim residing in Dubai and her four sisters namely Kaniz Rattansi of London England, Khurshid Khimji of Toronto Canada, Rehana Jamal and Rosina Kermalli of Paris, France as well as her sister-in-law Mary Rahim.
