It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Sr. Leilabai Meghjee who passed away in Toronto and was buried there on Friday, June 18, 2021.
Marhuma was the wife of Marhum Amirali Ladha Meghjee and the daughter of Marhum Mohamed Manji and Marhuma Kulsumbai Alidina. She was the mother of Sikina Baker Mehdi, Masuma Hasham, Habib Meghjee, Mohamed Iqbal Meghjee, and Mohamed Hassin Meghjee. She was blessed with 22 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marhuma was the sister of Marhum Sherally Manji, Marhum Amirali Manji, Kubra Manji, Kurbanali Manji, Nazma Chatoo and Pyarali Manji.
