Based on the ruling of Sayyid Sistani regarding multiplicity of Horizons, the first day of the month of Rabi Al Aakher will be as follows:
Saturday November 6th, 2021: Areas in USA South of Richmond, Virginia to Corvallis, Oregon. This includes Jamats in Orlando, Miami, Houston, Arizona, Los Angeles.
Sunday November 7th, 2021: All other regions of North America. This includes Jamats in New York, Allentown, Minnesota, Seattle and All Jamats in Canada
